Our scan to BIM service is the first step in renovation, design and demolition projects.

As built data can be collected on site by out by in house survey teams using state of the art 3D laser scantechnology.

Once registered, the point cloud model can then be used to produce a data rich BIM model in various formats which can be individually tailored to specific client or project needs.

The model and information contained within it can be produced in accordance with government standards such as PAS1192-2.

We are also experienced in the creation and maintenance of BIM Execution Plans to ensure that the BIM process will meet project needs.

In addition to this we have the expertise to create 3D models from existing legacy data, whether that be in 3D Cad or simple pdf format.

Bridgeway also offer services to interrogate the models such as construction scheduling, overlay of designs, sequencing, footfall analysis and lighting analysis.
